| Resumé du document : | Au regard des observations qui se dégagent des 4 études demandées par le PNUD, Trois (3) projets ont été identifiés comme points focaux pour aider le Burkina dans sa politique de mise en place d’une stratégie NTIC. Il s’agit : 1. La mise en ligne d’un site dédié à la e-governance 2. La mise en oeuvre de cinq centres communautaires polyvalents pilotes. 3. La création de contenus locaux. Le site de la e-governance sera un portail qui permettra au citoyen d’accéder à un certain nombre de ressources en ligne et de faire des télé services. |
