Cependant, l?impact réel de ces applications dans ce secteur a été très peu démontré Notre travail a consisté à identifier et évaluer les éléments des apports des TIC dans l?activité commerciale au sein de la Fédération des Professionnels Agricoles du Burkina (FEPA/B). Les données ont été collectés au sein de trois unions provinciales de la FEPA/B dont l?union provinciale du Passoré, l?union provinciale du Nayala et l?union provinciale du Houet ainsi qu?auprès des responsables de programmes de la faitière à Ouagadougou. Les résultats ont montré que les TIC sont utilisés pour des besoins économiques et de manière stratégique de sorte à minimiser les coûts d?utilisation. Il en ressort également que les TIC permettent à l?organisation de façon générale de réduire les dépenses de commercialisation et d?accroître les revenus. Toutefois, l?insuffisance d?information sur les applications, logiciels et les multiples avantages des TIC, justifie leur utilisation à un niveau moins avancé au sein de ces organisations. Ce déficit ne contribue pas efficacement au renforcement de la capacité commerciale. Ainsi, la FEPA/B n?arrive pas à maîtriser les prix de marché et à instaurer un circuit d?information transparent même avec l?usage des TIC. Des efforts restent à développer au niveau de: — L?organisation des séances de formation du personnel technique en informatique et Internet — La mise en place d?une plateforme SMS pour la diffusion d?information agricole de manière efficace — La création d?uns site web portail pour promouvoir le marché, les acteurs et les produits.
