| Resumé du document : | Les personnes qui vivent en milieu rural même si elles sont analphabètes ont la possibilité de s’engager dans un processus d’apprentissage communautaire informel et d’acquérir des compétences utiles à leurs activités agricoles. L’acquisition de compétences par les TIC en milieu rural analphabète est fondée sur les mécanismes de communication et de partage d’expériences du milieu socioculturel des acteurs. Ce processus de capacitation repose sur deux paradigmes complémentaires. L’un essentiellement axé sur l’observation, l’écoute et l’imitation et l’autre sur les interactions sociocognitives orales à distance et in-situ des acteurs. Il y a donc là, au-delà de l’imitation servile, la production d’un discours réflexif sur les pratiques agricoles en vue de poser des problèmes au départ individuels(local) qui deviennent très vite des préoccupations communautaires(global) en raison de leur enracinement dans les pratiques de bons nombre d’acteurs. Cette préoccupation va encore susciter des discours non seulement réflexifs mais aussi des actions de guidance sur le terrain en vue de l’amélioration des pratiques agricoles communautaires. Mais cette acquisition de compétences ne va pas sans difficultés. La non maitrise de certains outils de communication et de médiation suscite d’autres apprentissages utiles à l’accès à l’univers de partage d’expériences, d’ « empowerment » communautaire par les TIC comme le téléphone portable, le GPS, les appareils photos numériques, la vidéo, le vidéo projecteur, l’ordinateur, l’Internet et ses applications, etc. Mots clés: Analphabétisme, communautés de pratique, TIC, apprentissage informel, compétence |
