| Resumé du document : | Le réseau Burkina ntic est actif sur le terrain des TIC (Technologies de l’Information et de Communication) pour le développement au Burkina. Il poursuit, grâce à l’appui de structures locales, nationales et internationales des travaux à divers niveaux. Que ce soit dans une salle de classe, dans une salle d’informatique, dans un champ ou encore dans le bureau d’une association, le réseau expérimente et accompagner les uns et les autres sur leur chemin d’appropriation de la technologie. Le réseau Burkina ntic se dessine comme un laboratoire, un réseau de compétences, une force de proposition basée sur un vécu des membres et de leurs partenaires. Burkina ntic est la voix et l’espoir des personnes soucieuses du développement à travers les TIC. Pour nous, la conjugaison des forces est une voie pour suppléer aux déficits des expertises surtout dans un domaine nouveau et en constante mutation. Les résultats du réseau Burkina ntic ne se mesurent pas seulement en terme d’impacts sur un individu ou une organisation lambda, mais sur les réalisations à travers des membres bien ciblés ayant suivi le processus cette décennie. Ce n’est pas le simple constat des faits et des effets qui font la force du réseau, mais l’effort mis sur le changement mental, la réflexion sur le fait que la technologie est venue pour aider au développement en tant qu’outil et non la technologie en tant que fondement du développement. |
