| Resumé du document : | Parler de Nouvelles Technologies en Afrique et particulièrement au Burkina Faso semble être une utopie. Pourtant, malgré le fait que ce pays est classé parmi les pays les plus pauvres du monde, il avance à son rythme dans le monde de la technologie. Si actuellement on tend à se cantonner à l'Internet, l'usage de la téléphonie mobile sous les tropiques a révélé un réel besoin et une grande capacité d'innovation et d'inventivité. Je me propose ici de vous présenter mes observations dans une des régions les plus abandonnées au Burkina Faso et où on tente d'y implanter un projet pilote en matière de téléphonie rurale. (...) |
