A l'heure actuelle où l'on parle du Haut Débit, nous recherchons nous, le bas débit en vain. Une connection ADSL à 512Kb/s en Occident coûte environ 25 euros par mois. Ces 25 euro correspondent au prix d'un sac de riz de 50 kg et de quelques kilos de viande que rares de burkinabès peuvent s'offrir si ce n'est les rares jours de fête. (...) |
