Aujourd’hui, du moins dans les pays occidentaux, Internet est devenu un outil aussi indispensable que courant. Il permet d’appeler des informations à partir de chaque raccordement au réseau et où que l’on soit dans le monde. Toutefois, Internet a aussi un revers de la médaille puisqu’il permet de commettre des infractions de n’importe quel point du globe. Le terme de « cybercriminalité » est un mot générique définissant l’ensemble des infractions pénales susceptibles de se commettre sur les réseaux de télécommunications en général et plus particulièrement sur les réseaux partageant le protocole TCP-IP, appelés communément l'Internet. La cybercriminalité recouvre deux types d’infractions pénales : • les infractions directement liées aux technologies de l’information et de la communication (TIC) dans lesquelles l’informatique est l’objet même du délit, • et les infractions dont la commission est liée ou facilitée par les TIC et pour lesquelles l'informatique n’est qu’un moyen. Nous allons dans un premier temps présenter les enjeux de la cybercriminaté, ensuite les differentes formes de crimes commis et enfin nous analyserons les solutions actuelles deployées pour y faire face. |
