| Resumé du document : | Elle a eu lieu le 23 novembre 2009 dans la salle de conférence de l’hôtel. Débuté à 9H 30mm, elle a été co-présidée par les deux parrains de la manifestation que sont le Ministre Burkinabè Délégué à l’agriculture et le Ministre Burkinabè des Postes, et des technologies de l’information et de la communication. Quatre interventions et une projection d’un film documentaire de 7 mm ont marqués la cérémonie. Monsieur Moussa Joseph DAGNO, premier intervenant, au nom du groupe TIC agriculture dont il est le représentant a salué et remercié Monsieur le Ministre délégué chargé de l’Agriculture et son Homologue des Postes et des Technologies de l’Information et de la Communication, pour avoir accepté d’être les parrains du forum. Il a souhaité la bienvenue aux « frères et soeurs » venus non seulement des pays frères et amis mais aussi à ceux venus de l’intérieur du Burkina. Il a exprimé sa gratitude à l’Institut International pour la Communication et le Développement (IIDC) pour son appui technique et financier à l’endroit du monde rural en général et particulièrement dans la mise en oeuvre du forum. Le représentant du groupe TIC et Agriculture a ensuite mis en exergue les avantages que l’Agriculture tire des TIC. Ces avantages ont pou nom : meilleure visibilité, meilleure production, meilleure vente et bonne information … « les TIC sont venus enlever comme une cataracte des yeux des paysans, leur permettant subséquemment de voir plus clair » a affirmé le porte parole du monde agricole qui n’a pas manqué de remercier et de féliciter les autorités Burkinabè pour la création d’un département ministériel chargé des TIC. Il a également félicité M. Sylvestre OUEDRAOGO pour la création et l’animation de Burkina NTIC. Monsieur DAGANO a conclu son propos par un témoignage de reconnaissance à l’endroit de tous les partenaires techniques et financiers qui ont aidé à la mise en réseau des différentes organisations paysannes. |
