| Resumé du document : | Dans cette étude, nous allons analyser le développement de l’Internet au Burkina Faso en mettant un accent particulier sur les centres d’accès collectifs (formation et usages d’Internet) d’une part et d’autre part en analysant le comportement des usagers Internet. Notre travail va consister ici à recueillir les avis des usagers NTIC au Burkina Faso et d’en retirer des conclusions par la suite. Beaucoup d’interrogations nous ont conduit à faire cette étude parmi lesquelles on pourra retenir : - qui utilise Internet au Burkina et pourquoi ? - quel est le profil type de l’internaute ? - Peut-on constater une amélioration de la qualité de vie de l’usager, c’est à dire une amélioration de sa performance productive avec l’usage d’Internet ? - Quels usages dominants peut-on constater au niveau individuel, associatif, professionnel et au niveau des collectivités décentralisées. - Quels sont les facteurs liés à la non maîtrise de cet outil ? - Quels sont les voies et moyens pour rendre Internet accessible et bénéfique à la population ? Cette analyse nous aidera à mieux comprendre le phénomène Internet au Burkina Faso et à réorienter nos actions si possible. Afin de bien conduire notre étude, nous commencerons dans une première partie à présenter le paysage NTICS au Burkina surtout sous l’angle des accès collectifs. Dans une deuxième partie, nous allons étudier les usagers Internet qui fréquentent les deux plus centres Internet au Burkina Faso, le centre Yam Pukri et le centre multimédia de la Mairie centrale de Ouagadougou. Dans une troisième partie on fera un survol de quelques usagers Internet au Burkina Faso, que ce soit des associations, des individus, des entreprises et des projets de développement. En terme de conclusion, nous allons essayer d’analyser les facteurs d’expansion et d’appropriation véritable des NTICS au Burkina Faso. |
